Positive: Everything! The location, the view of Piazza di Spagna, the care of the owner and the staff. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced on my life. Franco, the owner, and his team made every effort possible and pulled all the stops to make our stay unforgettable. They managed to book for us every destination we wanted to go to, even though most were fully booked and the suggested even more amazing destinations and restaurants we never knew of, that were just amazing. We felt being taken care of and pampered more than any other resort, hotel or any place we ever stayed in
