Single family mid century home, lovingly renovated in 2015. Private POOL. Steps to the beach. The perfect place to experience long walks and sunsets on the beach. Enjoy ocean breezes seated on the welcoming front porch and an expansive ocean view from the master bedroom. Large, comfortable living room. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Enclosed back porch with a dining table and seating for 10-12. Dining room table also seats 6.
4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Sleeps 8 upstairs (2 queens, 2 twin beds and a bunk bed) and 2 on a very comfortable, double sofa bed in the living room. Bath tub, 2 indoor and 1 outdoor showers. Open the Anderson windows to experience sea breezes and the sounds of the surf or close them to use central AC and fans. Newer appliances include a large refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, washer, dryer, outdoor gas grill. Amenities include WIFI, 3 smart TVs, DVD player. Beautiful 31 foot long, in ground pool with seating for 10, sun umbrellas, private shower house with changing area, in your landscaped, private, enclosed back yard. Summary: We’ve been coming to OC for 50 years, but this was our first time in the Gardens. Best stay ever. No traffic. Easy parking. No crowds on the beach. The beach was only steps away. And so nice to have the pool to cool off after a bike ride and occupy the kids while prepping dinner. The house was spacious and accommodated our family perfectly.
