Your visit to Seaglass Village can be as active or restful as you want it to be. This cozy cottage is perfectly situated in-between our two main pool areas . You can easily walk to the family pool or head in the other direction towards The Clubhouse. The Clubhouse has 3 heated pools (one of them indoors), an oversized jacuzzi, fitness center, impressive library with fireplace, great room with fireplace, putting green, bocce court, and The Sandbar, where you can enjoy drinks and snacks on the weekend. Seaglass also offers tennis courts, pickle ball courts and great views while walking through the Resort. It should be noted that any amenity located at The Clubhouse is strictly 18 and older. Although a golf cart is not needed due to the ideal location of the cottage on the property, it should be noted that there is only golf cart parking at the Clubhouse. There are 2 parking spots for handicap accessible vehicles only. Golf carts are available for rent at the Front Desk. When approaching the cottage, the first thing you will see is a beautifully landscaped yard boasting a patio set and Adirondack chairs to chill out in the abundance of shade provided, after a long day of fun in the sun. A propane gas grill is provided as well as extra chairs if you have guests coming for a visit. Upon entering the front door you will notice the impressive open feeling of the cathedral ceiling and large windows on 3 walls. It has a queen sized sofa sleeper (a brand new one has been ordered for next season) and an oversized comfy chair (also new) that face a 42" flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It also includes small appliances such as a Keurig, a 4-slice toaster, blender and a crock pot. Everything you could possibly need is provided if you choose to stay in and eat. Off the kitchen and porch is another family area featuring a dining table for six and a matching hutch for extra storage. Another comfortable chair and rocking chair for reading or relaxing is included in this room. Games are stored in the large chest. The master bedroom backs up to Maine conservation land for a quiet night's sleep. A queen-sized bed, full size bureau, nightstand with alarm clock and large double closet provide ample space for storing belongings and luggage. This room also has a 32" flat screen TV and two windows for a great cross breeze. The second bedroom has calming blue walls with a comfortable queen size bed. This room also backs up to the woods. It includes two nightstands, alarm clock, a full-size bureau, two windows and a large closet. The bathroom is spacious with an oversized vanity and walk-in shower. There is also a stackable washer and dryer. This cottage has an additional twin size cot available. Staying in Southern Maine offers so many activities, beautiful beaches as close as 1.5 miles away, shopping, antiquing, eating out at the numerous restaurants in the area, and just enjoying the beautiful weather that Maine has to offer. Golf cart included. *Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
