This newly renovated and updated duplex is just 5 houses from the sand!
Downstairs unit has 2 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living space, and fireplace. 3 flat screen televisions with HD cable and high speed wireless internet included.
Front porch/patio has table, chairs, seating area, and BBQ.
The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens and featherbeds and down comforters. Sleeping comfortably is a must for our family. The bathroom arrangement is unusual as each bedroom has it's own bathtub/shower.
This property is close to everything you would like for the area. The beach is a short 1/2 block (50 yds), grocery store is a walk, bike ride away. Bike rental is 1 block, restaurants and shopping is a walk down the boardwalk which we enjoy daily when we are there.

Summary: We rent a beach house for my son’s birthday each year. This was our first time staying at this location and wow it was perfect. Great location wonderful for families it had everything we needed. If it’s available for the birthday trip next year we will definitely be booking again.
