This delightful, four bedroom, two bath, attached duplex is nestled among stand alone homes that rent for two, three, four or more times as much in the desirable Old Tom Nevers triangle! The property is meticulously maintained with a private yard and great outdoor entertaining space. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor and two on the second floor. Although there is a wonderful ocean breeze throughout the house, AC units are in all of the bedrooms. A short walk along a no outlet road leads to community stairs accessing a quiet, pristine beach.
