Summary: We stayed here for 5 days as a family of 4. The pools were phenomenal for the kids and they really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and back to the pool. And the food at the restaurant was very good. However, this is where the positives end. The mattresses were so firm, that they actually bruised me. And the location is remote - at least 40 euros for a taxi each way. I think that if we had rented a car, it wouldn't have felt so isolating. However I did not feel confident driving on many of those roads. In general, the hotel was very disorganized. It was the one place during our stay that didn't reach out about how we were getting to it, and I tried to reach out ahead of time by email and through the hotels.com app. Naxos was beautiful, the food was good. It just felt like 5 days was way too much time to just sit around, and I didn't realize quite how remote this location was from any sort of town to walk to.
