Positive: Location is very good. 5 minutes walk to a nice public beach, cheap restaurants and bars where locals go. Air conditioner is working. Bathroom was clean and modern. There is a nice washing machine, too. Kitchen is 100% equipped, 2 different coffee makers with some coffee in stock, dishwasher liquid and all you need to wash the dishes. There were clean towels and toilet paper and soap.

Negative: The view from the window is not enjoyable (unless guests like the view of a bus station).
