Summary: Cyrus was great with communication ahead of time and accommodated our request for early check-in. Beds were all extremely hard/firm and very low to the floor. Felt like we were sleeping on a hard mattress laying directly on the floor. The main reason we booked was for the washer and dryer and the washer would only work on delicate cycle which took us several tries (and a couple of hours) to figure out. We contacted Cyrus about this and he said he was going to try to have someone come out and look at it, but we never heard anything further.Spiders and red ants were also an issue inside the house and the lawn was in need of mowing. Lastly, while out of the owner’s control, but perhaps speaking to the location, our first morning we woke up to the parking lot full of numerous police cars and had police in the parking lot most of the morning.
