Review Score: 6

Summary: The TV was working on the internet and that was very slow. Number of English-speaking stations was very poor. The was not clean with dust all over. the first 2 days the AC did not work and no Maintenace staff appeared. Fire alarm worked unintended and with no reason almost every day and the front desk service was sometimes a in poor English. We expected a better service from a 4-star hotel.
