Summary: We had a wonderful week here! The location was perfect- quick drive to downtown Southport or to beach access in Oak Island. Neighbors were great and the marina has a great Italian restaurant. We saw dolphins and the kids had fun catching crabs on the pier. The condo was very clean and as described. We did find ourselves wishing the kitchen was better stocked. For a home that sleeps 10, there should be more dishes (only 5 sets of plates/bowls/etc). The yard maintenance crew need to clean up after themselves as well- they came to trim bushes during our stay and left the bushes absolutely butchered and limbs all over the sidewalk. Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely stay again.
