The living/dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen are at the ground floor and lead straight out to the wooden-caned pergola facing Spinalonga Island and the Aegean Sea making dining inside or outside an exquisite experience. On the left side the is a dining area with 4 chair dining table and a unique designed stairs leading to the top bedroom where you will find two single beds with unique view to Spinalonga island and private bathroom with shower, amenities and bathrobes.
The master bedroom is also on the ground floor, is stoned built offering coolness even in the hottest summer day. It has a 43 inch TV with Satelite Channels and Cosmote TV and also has access to the master bathroom with shower, amenities and bathrobes and the ability to get out to the swimming pool straight away.
The ground floor has multi-split air conditioning channel units with remote and manual control from the living room and the master bedroom while the second sofa bedroom has its own air condition unit.
