When entering from the street to the garage, an elevator takes you to the first floor, where the Lux Heaven Suite is located. This suite is actually a charming apartmentconsisting of a modern bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living- dining area with an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and its own terrace. Going further up to the second floorof theLux Heaven Suiteby elevator, meeting room opens in front of you, equipped with a screen and projector.
The following level is marked by the breathtaking pool area with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. Next to this lounge area, there is a wonderful garden, from which guests can enjoy homegrown vegetables. Also, for entertainment, you will find a bocce court located on this same level.
Finally, after reaching the top level of the property, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on the left side of the residential building. Above this kitchen, on the first floor, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
The central place of the last level belongs to the 200-year-old main residential building, which has been redesigned and renovated. Within its ground floor, there is a spacious living room, stylishly decorated dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
