Nestled in this cozy cul-de-sac, the newly updated Round Rock Cove offers a spacious getaway where the whole family can relax. Walking distance to parks and trails, this 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home offers a peaceful stay in the greater Austin area. Perfect for families or a couple (pets, too!), this home offers a break from reality with a chill outdoor space, huge pool and a gas grill and TV. Come enjoy a stay at the Round Rock Cove.

The space
The Four Bedrooms (4)
The house has four bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with a king size bed and big screen TV, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom with a twin daybed/trundle and workstation.

The Two and a Half Baths (2 1/2)
The master bathroom has a bath/shower/tub with two sinks and toilet. The other bathroom upstairs has a sink, toilet and shower/tub. The 1/2 bath is downstairs and has a sink and toilet.

The Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, mini fridge, microwave, stove, gas oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer and utensils.

The Living/Dining Area
We have a dining table that can seat 4 along with two countertop stools for dining. The living area has a full size sectional couch along with two wingback chars and a TV.

The Laundry
We have a full size washer and dryer freely available for use.

The Patio
We have an outdoor covered patio with seating for four with an outdoor TV and gas grill. We also have two loungers by the pool and another seating area that can seat four on the lawn.

The Pool
We have a big 40 foot long x 15 foot pool that is 10 feet deep with a diving board (no diving allowed).
