*Spa and Pool are heated by gas. We will pay the first $200 of the bill, which will cover cooking and some spa use (note-water heater is electric and our solar system takes care of that and the AC). You can heat the pool to your liking. We take a $3000 gas deposit and will let you know after 1 week your actual usage so you can understand your consumption. Please let us know 72 hours prior for pool heating.

The patio is connected to the living room and dining room with massive sliding doors which completely fold inside the wall and makes the living and dining room feel connected with the pool and outside areas.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with Wolf and Subzero appliances, 2 electric ovens, one steam oven, a 6-burner gas range with grilling and griddle sections and a pot filler. The island comfortably seats 4 and right off the kitchen is a separate wet bar with a wine fridge and sink. The dining room seats 8 and becomes the perfect indoor outdoor space with the glass sliders opened. The living area has a wonderful fireplace, an extra large 85 ft TV, and an extremely comfortable sectional couch. There is a Sonos surround sound system throughout the home allowing for music indoor and outdoor.
All of the four bedrooms in the house have their own en suite bathrooms, a large closet and a TV. The master has a very large walk-in closet closet and a dream bathroom with a free-standing tub, double vanity and 2 individual, oversized showers with 3 different shower heads each! The bunk room has trundle too and sleeps 4 people. A pack and play is available so you don't have to tote your own.
The spacious laundry room has dual washers and dryers and loads of space for hanging and folding clothes.
The air-conditioned garage comfortably fits 3 cars and has an EV charger.
