Positive: Breakfast is Italian-style, some bread, cookies, Nutella, and a few jams. The place is in a great location, with everything you need within walking distance. Good value for money. The host is attentive.

Negative: The extra bed is just a sofa bed, and it's really uncomfortable. The fridge is so loud that it wakes you up several times during the night. There's no noise insulation, so you can hear everything happening outside. There's no microwave.
