Wake up in a spacious and fully equipped two bedroom garden ( 950 sq ft.) suite in the above ground basement of a heritage house in Vancouver's Little Italy.
Supplied with dark roast coffee, tea, coco and a few comfort supplies. Decorated with elegance and comfort in mind, ceilings are high in this well maintained suite stocked with all the amenities you’ll need for your visit.
The two large queen bedrooms have comfy beds and fluffy duvets and pillows with nice linens. Enjoy spacious living, dining area and open plan kitchen that is fully equipped to create a delicious meal.
Enjoy your stay in this clean, comfortable, and fully equipped garden level suite. Note that in order to secure our short term rental license we removed the full range and replaced it with a cooktop. There is also an oven for toasting, baking and pizzas.
Direct access through the garden by keypad to the common entrance, and the private entrance to the guest suite through a common area waiting for you. Enjoy the English inspired garden retreat.
Steps away from great cafes, convenience shops, transit connections, restaurants, micro breweries, shopping, and nightlife. 10 min from downtown, short drive to hiking trails & sandy beaches, the PNE and fairgrounds, plenty of free street parking.

Our character house is located in quiet, tree-lined residential neighbourhood that links directly to downtown, beaches and the mountain slopes.
5 Blocks to the famous Commerical Drive, an area known in Vancouver as Little Italy. You can walk to the city’s best gelato, Italian cafes, shops and a diverse selection of great restaurants, cafes, bakeries. We have wonderful cafes and a 7/11 for all the basic needs just blocks away.

5 block walk to Commercial Drive.
Public transit is access is steps away, linking to city- spanning Sky train.
10 min drive to downtown core.
We maintain a clean and welcoming suite with hosting and cleaning practices in place since our opening at the beginning of COVID-19:
✔ All of our rooms get thoroughly disinfected using disinfectant.
✔ Cleaning with bleach and similar products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens
✔ Use a germicidal disinfectant for the following high-touch surfaces: door and window handles, cabinet and drawer handle, TV remotes, and all light switches.
Maximum FOUR guests. If you bring more we will know as we live on the main floor and are aware of guests.
