2 Bedroom House in Oatmeal, Marble Falls

We have our beautiful barndominum on lake travis with amazing views, 5 acres of private water front, private boat ramp(lake level too low for use) and private pavilion access. All included in your stay.
Our lake house includes 1 bedroom upstairs with a king sized bed, private bath and breakfast area. 1 Bedroom downstairs with a twin bunk bed. 1 twin bunk bed in livingroom. 1 Bathroom downstairs for shared use.
There are two bathrooms, 1 private located upstairs that includes a shower, toilet and sink and the other downstairs with shower tub, toilet and sink. We recommend you bring extra towels for lake days.
Their are no laundry units on site. This home is fully equipped with a brand new kitchen. Our downstairs kitchen includes a large commercial sized refrigerator and freezer, Gas stove, kitchen sink, microwave and coffee maker. We have a pool table located in the living area. Our covered back porch includes a small gas grill, Gas flat top, seating area with large table and fireplace. You can take our driveway right down to the water where we have a pavilion, private lake access and private boat ramp for your use.
