Summary: We’ve always liked the IZE chain of hotels in Bali, always in good location and value for money. We booked a room to house our luggage while we did a short trip to Lombok and all our belongings were safe and secure. I was also expecting a parcel to arrive and the staff helped me to receive and hold on to the package while we were away. Really appreciate the service. And love IZE!
