Summary: The service upon arrival with drinks and snack was nice. Porter service to the room. Wine and champagne awaiting us upon entry into room. Receptionist (from Argentina) on arrival Nov 12 in the afternoon was very competent, kind, and welcoming. Same was not true of a male colleague working the afternoon of Nov 13 (perhaps a supervisor, said he would give me towels and forgot while I was standing there, didn’t even smile, not ideal person to work at reception). Excellent sea view. Access to top infinity pool and sun area as Star Prestige was nice. Extra towels provided for the beach. Safe in room. There are some things that could be improved: The sunset bar on rooftop is closed during off-season (Nov starting). However one can call for drinks to order. Problem is that they didn’t have a menu available upstairs and the cocktails I ordered they didn’t even know what it was. Highly unexpected for a 5-star. Also the shower in the room would not properly close, pouring water out and into the room with the toilet. The infinity pool on the top floor is beautiful but the first step under the waterline is soooo slippery that in 2 hours I saw several people slip and one fall. Fix this before someone breaks something. I reserved the Spa for 45 minutes, but apparently two other people reserved it too for the same time. Why reserve if other people can just also show up whenever, making you have to wait for the use of the spa, which was reserved.
