This beautiful villa with an exquisite decoration, cared to the smallest detail, is ideal for families, friends and business trips as it has capacity for 6 people, distributed in 3 comfortable bedrooms, the main one is en suite with private bathroom and shower, and the others, with two single beds each. It has another extra bathroom equipped with shower, a cozy living room with Smart TV 65” and a comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchenette, a large terrace overlooking the sea and BBQ, ideal for enjoying a good lunch and outdoor area with pool and space for sunbathing. In addition, for added convenience, the property has two private outdoor parking spaces. It has all the necessary ingredients to live a unique experience in this haven of peace.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, washing machine, clothes iron, hair dryer, 50mb/s Fiber WiFi, standing fan, towels, sheets, BBQ and much more.
The house has stairs that give access to an attic.
The gardener will work outside the house on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
From 3:00 p.m. onwards, it will be possible to visit the farm, which has a great diversity of trees from different origins and countries. It will be accessible through a concrete path around its perimeter from north to south. On Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays it will be open to visitors from 8:00 a.m. onwards.
