Summary: I had two rooms. My associate, in the other room, had to make three trips to the desk, from the third floor, to gain entry to the room. Their key card was not working. Their AC unit was loud. Their door did not properly shut. In my room the toilet ran all night. Both rooms had tubs that were very slippery.
