Positive: Very nice and historic hotel in the heart of Annapolis. The rooms are very well appointed as well as the common areas.

Negative: The very attractive facade is mired by some significant quality inconsistencies that should not occur with an "elite hotel". If you want to drink that $12 bottle of water they offer in the room, you'll be forced to drink it with a cheap plastic cup like you'd find at a Super 8 motel. It was surprising that no glasses are in the room of any variety. This lower quality consistency followed through with no tire coffee mugs and an imitation Keurig. Further, the fixtures in the bathroom (shower) were coming out of their fasteners and the shower was plumbed backwards.

Summary: Great location and facade, just don't look too close
