Summary: The staff were wonderful as has been my experience from previous stay. Beds are amazingly comfortable and cozy. Only issues I had this stay was that the heater did not blow hot air or even warm air. Thermostat was set on heat and 85 degrees and it was still blowing cold air. The other issue was there was no hot water in the shower, it was barely luke warm. They did bring me a space heater which took the chill out of the air. It is an older building and does need some upgraded renovations
