Summary: I don't usually remember to leave a review, but this was a very excellent hotel. The owners have preserved the historic aspects of the building while thoroughly modernizing the rooms and they are extremely clean. The restaurants are excellent, I ate at Le 9th several times. The location is very quiet and central. The housekeeping was excellent and no matter what time of day I left and took the sign off the door it was clean when I returned, which I did not expect (most US hotels have a set time for cleaning).

Summary: The staff was wonderful. They were extremely helpful. We arrived a bit later that we wanted, they found us room to eat at the hotel restaurant. The food was amazing . We will go back on our next trip.

Summary: The location can’t be better. Easy walking access to the central city. We didn’t have breakfast, but did have a lunch and dinner. Service was excellent, food very good, and great value. Hotel staff friendly. The room was in need of an update. Bathroom nice, but bedroom very dark, carpets badly stained, and air conditioning weak. Overall good, but could be better.

Summary: A boutique hotel in the Auch city center. Windows well insulated, therefore quiet despite the street traffic. A warm welcome by the hotel staff, and great dining on the premises. Warmly recommended.
