These two holiday apartments are located in a quiet residential area of the traditional Dalmatian village of Kampor on the lush, sunny island of Rab, off Croatia's northern Adriatic Sea coast. They are an ideal base for exploring the island's many bays, forests, restaurants, and nightlife during a relaxing beach holiday.
A barbecue in the shared garden invites you to spend long evenings under the starry sky. Secure parking is also available directly in front of the house. The property is 90% fenced, but not fully enclosed.
Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning (partially), satellite TV, and internet access, which can be used free of charge.
You are only about one kilometer from the nearest beach, which offers a good selection of water sports. There are many beautiful beaches nearby, most of which are open to the public. Dundovo National Park, with its lush forests, is in the immediate vicinity, and the nearest cafes and restaurants are just 700 meters from your apartment. A grocery store, which also houses a bakery, is located approximately 150 meters from the house. The nearest supermarket is two kilometers away.
The landlord lives on the upper floor of the family home and is happy to assist you with any questions. If needed, you can rent a boat mooring, which is located 1.5 kilometers from the house. You are welcome to bring your dog upon request and at no extra charge. The landlord owns a Golden Retriever and cats.
This spacious 140m² holiday apartment occupies the ground floor of the two-storey family house and was completely renovated recently in the year 2016. It consists of a living room, a separate and fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living room provides a generous five-seater corner sofa, a side table and a Smart TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine as well as a dining space with a wooden table and matching chairs. Three bedrooms has their own convenient en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All three bedrooms are furnished with double beds along with a dresser and a spacious wardrobe. A washing machine is in one bathroom. In addition, a reliable WiFi Internet connection is available free of charge.
