Notre appartement de 130 m², situé Traverse de la Gaye au 7e étage avec ascenseur d'une résidence de standing, offre de belles prestations, plusieurs balcons exposés plein sud et une vue mer. Entièrement rénové, il est à 5 min en bus du Stade Vélodrome et à 15 min en voiture du Vieux-Port. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, et la grande pièce à vivre comprend une table à manger et un coin salon avec table basse, donnant sur un grand balcon. L'appartement est climatisé (réversible) dans le salon. L'espace nuit comprend quatre chambres avec lits doubles et rangements, chacune avec un balcon privatif.
