Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location was great. There was absolutely no service from the property management. We tried to reach out to them on the day of departure and got no response other than an outside call answering service. From the arrival to departure we did not talk with anyone.For the price that you pay, there is no maid service, they ask you to strip the beds, collect all towels. do all of the dishes and all kinds of other items at departure. It is also not a 11 am checkout as typical, its 10 am so plan your departure flights accordingly.The house is new within the last 2-3 years but it is a rental only and is already showing its wear. The layout was really good. The location is solid but really does not seem to be managed in anyway as a high end rental.
