Positive: Tommaso the owner and wife Serena were by far the best hosts I have EVER experienced in any booking site anywhere in the world. The Apt is amazing amenities perfect but the extra communication we had with Tom was over the top. He helped us with tours, with restaurant reservations which were delicious and even made an extra effort to stop by to have coffee with us one morning! I would plan another trip to Florence just to see him and stay at the Apartment. Location was perfect walking ease to anywhere we wanted to go! This is a must destination for 2 or 4 people it was truly magical trip! Thank you Tommaso Grazie Mille. Your friends Deb & John from San Diego!!
