Summary: The room was nice, we could see the sea of Cortez and the Plaza from our window. Staff was great. One thing to keep in mind on holidays, like spring break or other big holidays the plaza can be pretty noisy with bands playing late into the night and it is pretty noisy in the rooms. Probably why they give one set of ear plugs. I also reserved a king size bed and ended up with 2 queens, so when you check in confirm your bed choice. We were unable to change because they didn't have any king beds left. Also the restaurant and bar were under remodeling for a month. Not a big issue but we should have been informed. Pleasant hotel with great location to the plaza area.
