Summary: Room was not ready for 2 hours. Smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Key doesnt work, staff has to let you in with a manual key everytime you return to the room. Ownerand manager is not fluent in art of hotel service and is running the hotel like a ghetto Mcdonalds instead of a chick fil a.
