Beautiful private family retreat on Lake Michigan, 3600sq ft home ON THE LAKE with 300 ft of Lake Michigan Bluff, 3 acre yard, manicured lawn, private wooded setting 500+ft set back from main road, 1930's vintage home with well preserved Old World charm. Home features 5 bedrooms-2 walk through, all with 2015 NEW mattresses and beds: 4 queen size, 1 full size and 1 twin - Plenty of bed space, but the new county laws allow only 6 sleepover guests - Please Do Not Request for more, I will have to kindly decline. 3 full bathrooms, one newly renovated on the 1st floor and one with whirlpool jetted bath. Large 2015 new couches and dining table for seating for 10, newer windows with European tilt turn windows in the 4 season room, lake views from every room, 14" wood floors, old world woodwork, 3 decorative original fireplaces, 2 furnaces, central A/C, 2019 new range/fridge, wine fridge, 2016 new dishwasher and 2015 new washer/dryer with 1st floor access, filtered water with Culligans R/O system, 4K Ultra HD large screen TV, Comcast TV Cable and HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND WIFI, and Outdoor Fire Pit and Weber Grill. Plenty of built-in cupboards and closets throughout the house.

16 miles to Whistling Straights Golf course and 25 miles to Kohler. 40 miles to Green Bay Packers Lambeau Field. And only a 90 minute drive to Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport and 45 minute drive to Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport. 175 miles to Chicago (3 hrs depending on traffic).

Summary: Enjoyed staying at this house -beautiful unique older structure. Great setting for dogs to play in yard. Nice to see the lake from the day room. Tree growth starting to obstuct the view of the lake just a bit. Very clean, plenty of room for a larger group. Close to town and parks , access to beaches all around. Kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed our stay
