Positive: It had a nice view of the harbour, it was spacious and quiet with free parking access.

Negative: Furniture and appliances were very tired/outdated and could do with an update, the wardrobe in the master bedroom was very musty , broken towel rail in the bathroom with limited storage in the bathroom as well.

Summary: Great outlook and views, inside of apartment needs to be updated
