Positive: Very easy check in process, with all the instructions sent ahead of time and easy to follow (videos included). The villa was exactly as described - we spent most of our timing sitting on the terrace looking at the river and saying hello to the locals who walked by. The vending machines are such a smart idea - we bought everything we needed from there. The kitchen has all the utensils you might need (including a corkscrew!). We had a perfect stay and can't recommend it strongly enough! The road to get there is a bit tricky - I am not the best driver and I could make it though (my boyfriend drove on the way out!).
