The apartment is in the first Floor (two floors). There is an elevator. It is furnished in perfect condition and by the owners with love. A living-dining room with adjoining large terrace, a large modern bathroom, a spacious entrance hall and a small fully equipped kitchen and a cellar offer up to 3 people perfect comfort and coziness, even in not so warm weather ... There is free wireless access, internet and WiFi. Satellite TV with over 300 programs, DVD, radio, are available for our guests. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils such as 4-ring induction and oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, egg cooker, etc. There is no dishwasher but a washing machine. Since the apartment is often used by the owner, it is very fully equipped. On arrival, the beds made, fresh towels and tea towels are provided, and the apartment is perfectly cleaned by qualified personnel. The private cellar is for storing luggage or sports objects such as bicycles, surfboards, etc. are available. The house also has a table tennis room.

Summary: The apartment block is in the finest location in Costa Teguise, overlooking the sea in front and out back. The complex has an excellent pool, although some might find it cold. There are a couple of pleasant restaurants close by with equally impressive views.The apartment was clean and bright with a balcony that was comfortable for two or three people.Beds comfortable and equipment as described.Very happy with our stay.
