Come stay in our newly constructed 2 bed / 1 bath ADU, located in downtown Grand Junction.
Filled with natural lighting and fully stocked, it offers anything you would need for a short or long-term stay. Please note, this is an upstairs unit- and does not have any outdoor living space, however a short 10 minute walk to all the charm of Main Street.
Everything is clean, new, and clutter free. Offering a peaceful stay for a solo traveler, couple, or small family. We hope you'll visit!

Summary: Great location. So close to campus and downtown. Very quiet and very clean. The host is very responsive as well. Would definitely stay again!
