Sound proofed and quiet, you will have one entire side of the property all to yourself with a fully fenced private side yard. A short walk to Dewey Park for a game of frisby golf, a short drive to Cameron Park, the zoo, the Brazos. Shop the Silos, cheer on our Baylor Bears then come home and unwind and catch a movie on our state-of-the-art Frame TV! We allow max 2 well behaved pets. Summary: We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again.
