Summary: Great bones with so much potential. Newly renovated. I'm not quick to leave a bad review-but I am in hopes the owner fixes these issues for future guests. Furniture is worn out and uncomfortable Mattress' thin and miserable for 2 Needs detail cleaningBeautiful view but windows are filthy. (I booked it because of the view and while the view did not disappoint, the ability to enjoy the view was significantly compromised)Balcony doesn't have a stick of furniture and is dirtyBathroom fan is thick with gross dirtConstruction 10 feet off the corner. Need to update the photosCheck in process was very tedious and clear instructions were not available. You have to stop at a nearby pizza restaurant for the key. I couldn't find the parking garage and no one answered my communication. I parked in a handicap space with an appropriate tag on the car but had an angry note on my window the next day. The door to the garage came down on the hood of my car. I guess I wasn't fast enough driving down the very steep ramp.I would not stay there again due to the issues but if the owner corrected these things it would be a very nice place.
