Summary: Great location in upper New Milford with new dock! We were able to bring our boat up from our marina to have at the house which was the best feature, that and the house took our dog. To note, the house is 2 levels and the staircase down to the 2nd level is a steep spiral so the house is not ideal for older people or anyone with mobility issues. That said, the outside steps down to the dock can also take you easily to the 2nd floor with a sliding glass door. Beds were comfortable, there are multiple areas of the house to hang out in and the owner was easy to communicate with.
