Summary: We had a lovely time at Ardenstone for a week mid-August. For most of our trip, it was just my spouse, me, and our dog. It was quiet, serene, and had everything you might need from a Beaver Island getaway. The beach was perfect, a mere steps from the house, and waking up to the Lake Michigan sunrise never got old. Having access to a fully furnished kitchen and washer dryer made packing for our trip a breeze. My spouse's parents joined us for the last 2 nights and were thrilled with the view. We were fortunate to get a spot on the ferry for our vehicle, but keep in mind you'll need a car to really get around. Thanks Faye and Kevin for making our time on Michigan's Emerald Isle as relaxing as possible!
