UPDATED Cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, including pull out couch in living room, that has AC/Heat, and a fully stocked kitchen. It also offers 4 flat screen TVs in living room and each of the bedrooms, cable, and free wifi. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Enjoy the spacious front patio and yard which includes use of our gas grill and large fire pit.
We are on Paleo Woods Way, close to the beach and a short walk to marina, playground, kids water park, beachfront restaurant and lounge with pool tables and dartboards. Sports complex with tennis and sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, complete with free use of sports gear just at the end of our street. Boat rentals, boat slip rentals for resort use. General store has essentials and souvenirs.
We take cleanliness seriously. Our home is cleaned by a crew after each stay with high quality disinfecting cleaning supplies and tools.

Please note this is a 7 night minimum stay. Rentals are from Saturday Afternoon-Saturday Morning. Sheets, Blankets, Pillows and Towels are not included. There are washer and dryers located in the complex to use if needed.
Owners Golf Cart is available to rent for: $350/ Weekly
Point Sebago charges a $10 per day per person fee. This fee will be paid to Point Sebago. The fee is not included in the nightly rate, sorry for this change.
