Summary: House is in good condition and well furnished. Plenty of space in the kitchen, dining and living areas. Spots for people to find some private place too. Close to Metro and river parks and lakes. Would stay again. We had a bit of trouble with the hot water, but owner took care of it right away and is making upgrades. One other thing to note is that both bathrooms are on the first floor so those upstairs need to come down to them.
