Summary: The property was the cleanest which we have stayed in at SPI. Enjoyed having a balcony for use when windy. Pool is not heated. That would be a benefit. Furniture is okay. TVs were easy to control. Easy walk to beach access point. Drawback is the steps to the condo. Renter needs to be good shape to carry up belongings. We did 2-man carries for larger pieces. I would not recommend for elderly.
