Summary: CONSTRUCTION!! Not what I expected. The pool is permanently closed, elevator under construction, outside area had storage trailers. The staff was limited due to construction. Wish I was advised of the construction beforehand! You would think it should be mandatory to let customers know this before paying full price for half service!
