With the plush king bed in the bedroom and a set of twin bunk beds off the hallway, and sofa sleeper in the living room you and the little ones will have a wonderful rest before a busy day of sun, sand, and fishing! Make some coffee in the Keurig and sit on one of the two balconies and enjoy the breeze, cook a meal and spend your time around the built-in banquette dining table, or enjoy a movie in the evening to wind down the day. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
