The Cellar is a Stones throw away from Lake Loveland, a perfect spot to take a stroll along the water or just sit and watch a beautiful Colorado sunset over the Rocky Mountains. It's walking distance to charming Downtown Loveland, with several restaurants, breweries, shops, museums, Historic Rialto Theatre, Foot Lagoon and The Foundry Venues, for concerts, festivals and pop-up markets. Sprouts and Natural Grocers are nearby. This is a great base camp for enjoying day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Denver, Boulder, Greeley and Cheyenne. The studio includes a queen bed, kitchenette, eat at island, fridge, sink, microwave, drip coffee maker, frother, single burner hotplate and H2O kettle. The bathroom is clean & spacious with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. there is also a large closet. The Backyard is very large (1/2 acre) w/sitting and smoking areas, (seasonal) outdoor eating area, Blackstone flattop grill/griddle, seasonal gardens, play/run area for pets and a fire pit for those cool Colorado evenings. Free on site parking. **NOTE** If needed and if available, there is an additional short term rental on the same property, it is separate from this studio. Summary: This little studio was wonderful. It was very clean, had all the towels needed and dishes, etc. It's perfect for one or two people. The host was very friendly and checked with me to see if I needed anything. Instructions for how to get there were very clear. It was a wonderful experience.
