Positive: Apartment in a well-maintained building near the city center, nice owner who speaks English. Windows and a balcony to the inner block, it is quiet here. Older furniture, but maintained and functional, underground garage.

Negative: The mattress in the double bed is very loose, Weak flow of water when flushing the toilet.
