Perfect location! GARAGE PARKING! Walking distance to all of downtown Rochester, Honkers Baseball, the farmers market, across the street from the playground and an entrance to Rochester’s amazing bike trial system.

The walk is a peaceful and enjoyable 0.8 miles to the heart of Mayo’s campus (Gonda, Mayo, Charlton Buildings and Methodist Hospital). On this walk you will pass over a walking bridge and through downtown, where you can take in the park, restaurants, shopping , and coffee shops. In the winter you can enter the indoor walkway system at just .5 miles to avoid the brisk weather.

The space is beautifully remodeled. It features a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen, sparkling clean and new full bathroom, living room and bedroom combo (queen bed) with large walk in closet and a second queen bedroom with 2 closets. The chair is a recliner! ****The kitchen is fully stocked with crockpot, blender, and coffee maker.
