Summary: Beautiful, large property, nicely decorated. You can see the extra effort made in designing each room with a unique theme. The pool is lovely as is the garden and outdoor seating terrace, conveniently located right by the kitchen. There is air conditioning but only on the top floor (4 of the bedrooms; in 1 bedroom the AC was not functioning properly), and the TV room on the second floor. There was only one fan in the whole house - we had asked before arriving whether there were additional fans in the house, and received a positive reply from the concierge. So we were disappointed to find only one fan. We stayed during one of the hottest weeks in August, therefore the bedrooms on the second floor were impossible to sleep in without a fan. We were also a bit disappointed with the concierge who did not seem to have all the basic information about the house, such as, how the garage door operates, what the wifi password was, where things were located in the house. Speaking of wifi, the connection was weak and did not function throughout the house. Mobile network was also extremely limited. The village itself is empty, and it felt like we were all alone, which at first seemed strange, but the appeal grew on us. The neighboring villages have bakeries and small shops, while Uzes, about 15 minutes away, has the bigger the supermarkets. There are a few staircases in the house, which could be an issue for families with small children, as we did not find them to be too child-friendly (especially the staircase to the top floor, in particular for taller people!). Also recommend getting either a bigger refrigerator or a second fridge. The kitchen is spacious, but the sink had issues as it would clog up regularly. All in all, the charm of the house grew on us and we quite enjoyed our stay. The garden and pool areas are beautiful, and definitely the main selling point for this house. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoons by the pool very much.
