Built during the Civil War and added to several times since, the house has been in our family since 1939. Lots of happiness here, and the echoes of it remain.

Fish the local steel-head streams or the lake. Pick your own fruits and vegetables nearby. Horseback riding, 2 miles; 2.5 miles to Heston Steam Museum.
In the winter, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. In the summer, charming walks among old apple trees, perhaps in bloom, with morel mushrooms under them if you can find them.
Help yourself anytime from the vegetable and herb garden.

Wineries, good restaurants, outlet shopping, and the area is estate auction heaven.
Caretaker is close by, enjoy complete privacy, unless you need him.
