Positive: The property was lovely. It had everything we wanted and was clean and in good condition.

Negative: There is a major renovation going on at the property next door. Workmen arrived early, made a lot of noise and dust. There was a cement mixer and digger and drilling for a large part of the day. One day we were unable to leave the property as there was a large lorry blocking the road (delivering building materials). We messaged the host but she did not respond. We would have liked to have known this before we arrived…. We would not have paid to holiday next to a building site. The Holidu site says the host is on site, but we found out from her parents (who we dealt with and were charming), that the named host lives in Germany. Rubbish collection - there was no curbside collection unless you had the correct bags (which we were unable to purchase). We had to take our rubbish out and dispose of it in public bins and recycling centres despite the bin men coming daily.

Summary: We enjoyed Mallorca but would not have stayed at this property given the obvious disturbance. It would have been obvious
